Indoor + outdoor deep clean
Locally based in the Whitsundays
Every ducted system starts with a first visit: filters cleaned, drains cleared, return and supply air vents wiped down, and the indoor coil, fan barrel and outdoor coil inspected.
Return air filters cleaned and the condensate drain cleared, so air flows freely and water drains away instead of backing up.
The return air grille and the supply air vents in each room wiped down to remove dust and dark marks.
We inspect the indoor coil and fan barrel where accessible, plus the outdoor coil, and tell you exactly what we find.
1. Clean the filters. We remove and clean the return air filter. A clogged filter is one of the most common reasons a ducted system struggles to cool the house.
2. Clear the drain. We clear the condensate drain so water drains away properly. A blocked drain can lead to leaks, ceiling stains and mould.
3. Wipe down the vents. We wipe down the return air grille and the supply air vents in each room to remove dust and the dark marks that build up in humid weather.
4. Inspect the coils and fan. Where the indoor unit can be safely reached, we inspect the indoor coil and fan barrel. We also inspect the outdoor coil. Afterwards we explain what we found and, if your system needs a deeper clean, we give you a clear quote before any further work.

Filters, drain and vents done, coils inspected, and a clear recommendation on what comes next.
A musty smell through the vents often points to a dirty filter, a blocked drain or grime on the coil.
A clogged return air filter restricts airflow, so rooms take longer to cool.
Dust and black marks around the supply vents are a sign your system is due for a service.
We service ducted systems in Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Cannon Valley, Jubilee Pocket, Proserpine, Hamilton Island and all Bowen suburbs.
What to expect from your first ducted visit.
We clean the filters, clear the drain, wipe down the return air and supply air vents, and inspect the indoor coil and fan barrel where accessible, plus the outdoor coil.
Every ducted system is installed differently, and the indoor unit is usually in the roof space, so access varies from home to home. Inspecting first means we can tell you exactly what your system needs and quote it clearly.
If we can safely reach the indoor coil and fan barrel, we inspect them. If access is limited, we let you know what we could and could not check.
Most homes benefit from a service once a year. Systems that run most days, or sit in holiday rentals, usually benefit from more frequent visits.
